Guide

Three things that make Mise different.

1. Ingredient References

Link quantities to your steps

Add your ingredients with quantities:

  • 227 gbutter— unsalted, softened
  • 200 gsugar
  • 410 gflour— all-purpose, sifted

In your steps, type / to pick an ingredient from your list:

Cream the /bu

butter227 g
buttermilk240 ml

You can also just write ingredient names naturally — Mise recognises exact matches and links them automatically when you save.

On your recipe page, quantities appear right in the steps:

Cream butter227 g with sugar200 g until fluffy, then fold in flour410 g.

Update a quantity once — every reference updates everywhere.

2. Cross-highlighting

See connections at a glance

Hover or tap any ingredient and every mention highlights across the entire recipe. Works both ways — from the ingredient list or from a step.
